So today I had to go to my dads and he lives with my uncle & his family but it's separate houses and I went to do my homework but he wasn't there so my uncle and his family were right before I stepped into there house my uncle told us he had the flu last night so we didn't go into his house,
my grandma lives like a couple blocks down but she told me no one has been sick there so we stayed there till 7pm and I kind of was with my cousin and now she told me she just threw up and it's 3 am I'm freaking out and I'm afraid I have been exposed like I was doing fine with all this going to college and my depression was gone now it's all back my anxiety is to the roofs I'm probably going to go back to not eating this is killing me pls help me

It doesn't seem like you were in direct contact so I would try to relax. Eat something, it'll help your stomach. Deep breaths, you got this. I know you can handle this.
