Can low blood sugar cause v?

Hi all,

I hope everyone's night is going well. I just worked out a little bit ago and I'm guessing that my blood sugar is low because I'm shaky and I feel weak. The problem is is that when my blood sugar drops this low I don't want to eat. I don't have diabetes by the way. My blood sugar has always been weird since I was born. Any who, if I don't eat will I get sick?

you need some sugar/electrolytes. drink Gatorade or juice. you'll be fine. I get that way if I over exert myself too

I get sick when my blood sugar gets too low (not diabetic) and a sweet of some sort prevents it. Hope your root beer did the trick.

I get that too, I also drink a fruit smoothie as I feel gross and don't want to eat

I'm not diabetic but sometimes if I don't eat my blood sugar gets low and it causes me to feel weak and sick. Eat some crackers and drink juice or soda when you feel like this and it will go back up to a safe level again

Honestly, yes, it can...if it gets really low. Drink some sprite and eat something and you'll be just fine.

Thanks everyone for responding. Once I ate some crackers I started to instantly feel better!

You are Hypoglycemic. I am too. You should eat every couple hrs. As soon as you start feeling weird/shaky/weak, eat carbs or the 'good' kind of sugar. I won't lie. I eat the first piece of candy I can find. Because I cant stand that scary feeling low blood sugar brings
