I know noro can happen at any time, but the CDC states that it peaks during the December-February period. However, I'm seeing multiple "stomach bug" posts on Facebook this week. It's really freaking me out because I have to fly in a couple weeks and caught noro last time I went home in winter 2012. It was so traumatic that I haven't flown or traveled anywhere out of state since then.
Not sure what I'm looking for here, but any reassurance/practical advice is welcome. Most of the sick people are babies or parents of small children if that means anything.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that a little tummy bug is NOTHING compared to what you've been through. Cutting yourself from the world and reliving what happened a few years ago sounds horrible. GO! HAVE FUN! There isn't going to be any sickness. (((HUGS)))
