I never dine out or eat food other people prepared, so that makes get-togethers a real challenge. Church is a tough one for me, because I work with youth and they're always sick. I soldier through church, though, because well...it's church. That and my mom and I feed breakfast to the kids our bus ministry brings in so they count on my attendance. I've never flown on a plane to visit relatives. Not just because I would be afraid I'd v*, but I have no control over who is going to v* in my section. My husband wants to go on a cruise, but I just can't bring myself to spend thousands of dollars to have a week long vacation on a floating Noro fest. I rarely attend parties in the winter and spring months. Suffice it to say, my mom, my husband, and my soon to be sister-in-law are my only friends.
