great. the panic starts again.

its been the first day in w hill that i wasn't n* with all the stress and everyone around me getting sick. after cleaning my hfs apartment yesterday and fooling around w him i knew id be anxious but managed to keep my cool all day. i ate breakfast and lunch with no belly aches until now. its been 24 hours since i cleaned the apt and i know its early and I'm going to drive myself crazy, but i just need some support. help!

hey. I know how you feel. you probably know this, but it is anxiety. honestly, if you've been keeping clean, washing your hands, and not eating with your hands, you will be fine. and don't clean now. it'll just raise your anxiety more. ��

what are you worried about? that you somehow got sick from cleaning? from food? lets talk it out rationally.

i already cleaned in his apartment last night after staying out for a week. but he touched my mouth and face with his hands he always does, so I'm really scared.

honestly i dont even know. i guess I'm scared that he touched my mouth with his hand when we fooled around, he always does that. sorry i know tmi but thats what I'm scared of. like what if he pooped before that? ugh i must sound like such an idiot.

I highly doubt he pooped on his hands and forgot to wash them. If you are worried, ask him to lay off the face touching. Personally, I don't let guys touch my face because it isn't my thing...that would minimize your fear a lot, right?

now I'm really getting anxious because i am going to be alone tonight and i have this panic. i know i won't be able to sleep and ill be having anxiety throughout the night because I'm just not feeling right. =( fml
