Jinx!?!?

I know its stupid but Ive had this feeling now for a couple of hours. I really feel as if Im going to v* tonight. Its not so much that I feel particularly n* its just like a sense of impending doom!!!

I often get a feeling that something is going to happen and it does. Im now starting to panic that this is actually going to come true.

Anybody else ever felt like this and if so did 'it' happen?

I feel like that quite often. This morning was one of those times and just about all the time it is not the case just mind playing games.

I always feel that way. I think us emets just think irrationally. When you titled in Jinx, Im like yup, do it all the time, when in reality its not.

Its nice to know Im not alone but not so nice that we all suffer with these stupid irrational thoughts. Even as I type this I still believe I could be sensing something that is going to happen. Yet I also realise how crazy I sound!!

It's anxiety, a feeling of impending doom is classic in panic attacks.

I do get it a bit, in fact I had it just last night and was so absolutely certain this was it!. Nothing ended up happening though. Maybe it's the moons position or something?. I think you'll be fine.
