    Default Moms, is this normal?

I'm watching my cousins daughter for her while she's taking a dental hygienist course. Anyway, I was feeding her a could tell she was going poo, I waited a few mins and then went to change her. She had yellowish poo coming out of her diaper, up the front and out the back. Is that normal? I mean I know it happens but is she ok?

Is she still taking breast milk or drinking soy milk? Sometimes the poop can be yellowish if they are drinking special formula or breast milk. How old is she? Normal baby poop can range in color from brown to brownish yellow to yellow depending on formula and/or breast milk with what mom eats.

Absolutely. At 2 months when all the baby has is is breastmilk or formula, it's completely normal for their poos to be like korma sauce, runny and yellow

If a baby has a sv you will know about it, sorry to be crude but spit up is a lot different to whole milk feeds being brought up, usually projectile, baby will be hot, clammy, grizzly and generally unwell. Both my kids were breastfed and their poo was nearly always loose and strangely coloured until they started solids. Don't worry, you are doing a great job babysitting, especially if you have managed to change a smelly, runny poop:/

Yes! Like the others said all normal. When babies are sick you can tell. Like Rebecca said its more projectile than just spit up. Hang in there sounds like you are doing a great job

Omg I'm having flash backs to my 2 daughters explosive nappies! The amount of times I had to cut their clothes off them as it was such a mess! I agree, totally normal for this to happen!
