What do you guys like to do when you're trying to ignore emet? I just started crocheting and I've found it's really relaxing!

I really like knitting! or sometimes I just clean around my apartment

Playing piano, pacing around my house, drinking a truck-full of ice-cold water, chewing cinnamon candies, crying, and applying a heat-pack to my stomach. And spitting. A lot of that.

Painting my nails, listening to music, watching Youtube videos, surfing Facebook, playing Mahjong, and drawing.
