Ginger root capsules!!!!
So..i found what seems to be a miracle cure for morning sickness. i read online that ginger root can help with nausea..but i hate the taste of ginger..and i found these ginger root capsules...i take one in the late morning and one at night... i have had very little nausea..i thought it was just a coincidence and that maybe i just started taking them as my morning sickness was naturally going away...so i stopped taking them...two days later, i was nauseous as ever and decided to try the capsules again...low and behold....a few hours after taking one dose, i was feeling much better...the weird thing is, it takes away the dizzy feelings, too...maybe that comes with nausea? idk. but it has been a god send. im 9 weeks pregnant. ive never felt anytbing work like these babies do! not even zofran!! (zofran works on my "regular" nausea, but not morning sickness for me) crazy. im so excited.. i. also got these lemon ginger tea bags wnd i use them with regular tea bags and put fresh lemon in the pitcher and drink it throughout the day. You can barely taste the ginger if you dont steep it too long. AMAZING! Im so happy i found something so i dont have to just lay around all day and be grumpy and what not. i can actually get up and play with my kids now!! yay!!
