I'm very similar to you - words never triggered me, I can talk about a bug and joke about it, and the thought of v* a lot of the time to me is like "what's the big deal?"
But the reality is... how will you act if you are faced with an sv one day? Would you still be in that mindset? Personally, I have been afraid of being sick my whole life so I know that I will always have some degree of this phobia, however maybe you are just a lucky one who either manages to control it really well, or has less of the phobia if that makes sense?

Also, this phobia is a lot like a roller coaster - sometimes there are periods when the phobia is all you can think of, and periods where it ceases to barely even exist. Maybe you're in the downfall of the phobia?
