it can be tough alright, but it will get better i promise! don't worry too much about randomly v* in class, remember if you were genuinely sick, you'd know about it for sure! no matter what your head is trying to tell you, you're not just going to go from 0 to v* in seconds, so the chances of you v*ing in front of your classmates are ridiculously slim. i'm sorry to hear that your mam and dad are having a hard time with it, although it can be a difficult phobia to understand! but keep trying with therapy, you WILL get much better, it just takes time and effort. give yourself a chance, and forgive yourself after anxiety attacks, they happen us all. it means you're having a bad few minutes, but it doesn't mean you're not getting better in the long run![]()
