Hey! I'm in Scotland and I've been working through Thrive with a consultant. I'm getting there but still have a ways to go. It's made an enormous difference in my life and I've got a new job and am socialising again, but I still have to work really hard to manage my thinking when I have (what I consider to be) 'real' nausea or when I've definitely been exposed. How do you deal with situations like that?! I can go for days/ weeks and be fine but then (like tonight) I feel 'off' and don't handle it especially well! I think the conference is such a great idea - it's just a shame it's a bit on the pricey side.
