I'm really pleased you got yourself down from your panic - I think looking at big things that make us feel insignificant in the big scheme of things also helps reduce anxiety too, like starry skies, big blue skies and the sea etc.

Couldn't agree more tbh, its so true about the not mistaking proper v* and n* !! I'm sorry about the food poisoning, its still ages ago when it happened so that's good.

And yep - I think you've got that just right, getting close to nature helps a heck of a lot...I've found that playing with my budgie in the morning when I'm eating calms me if I'm uptight about what or how much I'm eating!! Haha.
