I had a very strange dream last night, and I know a lot of you are good at analyzing them... so here goes.

I don't know if it was 2 or 1, but a couple things went on. One, I got thrown into a pond by this old guy, not sure who he is, but somehow it was a horrible crime in my eyes (in the dream) and everyone else in the dream was acting like I was overreacting, and heck, I was, but in that state I was totally offended.

This next part, was reallllly weird. I was up at this ranch where I ride sometimes, but I wasn't there with my horse, I was standing outside with my dad. And he had all these scabs all over him, they were like 4 inches long and like an inch tall. He had maybe 10 on each leg and arm and was peeling them off, like in one big chunk at a time. It was a bit disturbing.

Well, I looked up your dream in my dream book

To see a pond in your dream denotes that events will bring no emotion and fortune will retain a placid outlook. If the pond is muddy, you will have domestic quarrels.

I couldn't find anything about scabs, or skin being peeled off. But your right, that is very disturbing.

Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I know alot of people believe in dream books, but I really think that a symbol in a dream is only relative to the person dreaming and means different things for everyone.

I belive some common symbols that people dream about have similar meanings, like not being ready for a test, I think that means you feel unprepared for something in your life, generally.

but the wierder a dream gets, the more meaning it has to you, and only you. It obviously has something to do with someone you feel close to, and maybe him peeling off the scabs was symbolizing him changing in your eyes to someone you haven't seen before, maybe someone you don't quite like.I know thatseeing the color red( scabs)in a dream isnot good, and seen as unsettling. It could also be that you ate wierd food before you went to bed, lol. It could mean that maybe you are afraid he is in need of help, or sick, or hurt in some way. Many many reasons.

see what I mean thou? I think a dream can really only be defined by the person who dreams it. Maybe keep a dream diary and write down things that are common or stick out to you. You may have something bothering you and can't quite figure it out.

Thanks guys for your inputs! I haven't had a dream since then, I'm not sure if there is something bothering me or not. I AM seeing my dad in a new way though, so you hit that right on the head. He used to be very overweight and had gastric bypass surgery, and has lost a lot of weight (110 pounds) which is good for his health, but his attitude stinks. Now everyone who is fatter than he (about everyone) is fatass, etc. I hate that...
