I feel your pain, I've had a cold the past few days. Blah! I agree that eating a little something like crackers every once in a while will help to prevent nausea.I always keep something in my stomach so that I don't get nauseous. I figure it will "absorb" any yucko drainage etc. Also stay away (as much as possible) from dairy, it only worsens the "thickness". Don't get me wrong I've been havign cheese on my sandwiches and milk in my coffee but I've been keeping away from ice cream and such[img]smileys/smilies_06.gif[/img]. I hope you feel better soon!
