Last night I had a dream involving my brother getting sick, and usually when I have a dream like that he ends up getting sick, unless I end up telling someone before he gets the chance to. The last time this happened was about three or four weeks ago, when I was in England. I didn't tell anyone, and when I was talking to my mom a couple days after the dream (she stayed here in Virginia with my brother) she mentioned that he had gotten sick.

So yeah, here I am telling people about the dream, so that it wont come true. Weird superstition... however you spell it, but it seems to work.

I had a horrible dream last night too! I was on a coach and people got sick, but I actually didnt panic in the dream. The last time I had a dream like that I was going on a long coach journey with children the next day. The fact that i didnt panic in the dream gave me confidence to go-and I did really well! So I agree that dreams can actually fore-tell what will happen in the future.....

I have a great book for anyone you does'nt want to v in there
dreams. It's called lucid dreams guiding your own dreams .
Before you go to bed you slowly take deep relaxing breaths and tell
yourself to be awake in your dream or say to yourself i will be aware
i'm dreaming. I tried it and it works. ( People who can recall
there dreams really well already usually have an easier time with it
but trust me it does work.) I was having a bad dream and then all
the sudden I remembered, I became aware in my dream. I felt
safe and was in control of what I did , where I went, and
when i felt scared i remember saying, this is my dream, your gone and
poof they were gone. I was at a party in the dream and went outside,
after telling the bad people to take a hike i started to walk back to
the party . As i was walking back i said screw this i don't have to
walk this is a dream so i floated back to the party. I BS you not
, it works.

I have dreams like that sometimes too. My grandmother (I live
with her) is not well, and her medication makes her v* sometimes.
When she does, I have dreams that we are riding in my car and she is
getting sick. They are scary...I'm always glad to wake up. Carrie
