Has anyone taken Zofran? Any problems with constipation? I had to take one tonight.

yes, I had to use it in an IV 2 months ago when I needed morphine after a pelvic fracture. Yes, I was constipated for 4 days. I didn't mind, I couldn't move! Not sure the dosage, I think I had 2 mg in the IV. but yes, it does stop you up. not a huge deal, eventually I went and I wasn't in pain. The issue is if you take it chronically (ie, daily, a few times a day, for months). One pill shouldn't be a huge deal.

Yes, it makes me really constipated. But one pill probably won't do too much, it's when you're taking it more regularly.

Yes I had constipation after taking zofran.
