No idea why I'm all of a sudden panicking about emet as I'd say I've had a pretty good time recently anxiety-wise but today when I went to Costa I stupidly used the toilet and didn't wash my hands(cos the queue was so busy so I rushed to get back) what are the chances?

I stupidly didn't! So so stupid! It's been like 18 hours and Im OK so far and hungry so I assume I'm OK!

It's impossible to say for sure but lots of people don't wash their hands and rarely get sick so you'd be very unlucky to get ill from one slip-up. I'd get some of this from Boots, it's anti-viral and kills noro. They do a smaller handbag sized one too (I've got a big handbag though so the big one fits lol) Then you can always give your hands a squirt and know you're protected in situations where you can't wash them properly. It's near the first aid stuff not with the alcohol sanitisers.
