Coach toilet nightmare situation - please help!

So I'm on a coach from London to Manchester and a couple of hours ago had to go use the bathroom. There was a lot of what looked like v* on the seat so naturally I freaked out, but I was absolutely desperate. I squatted and don't think I touched any of it, then washed my hands (used loads of soap but then the water cut off so had to use toilet tissue to get rid of the soap) and have been slowly panicking more for the last couple of hours!

I'm trying to reassure myself that a) it probably was travel s* or a hangover (it is Saturday morning after all!) and b) I didn't touch any of it so can't be contaminated, but I'm just very worried that I'm going to get ill!! How do I convince myself otherwise and enjoy my weekend? Right now my plan is to not eat for the rest of the day just in case but that doesn't seem fun! Please help!!
