That's fantastic, I'm really happy for anyone who can beat this fear.
For most of us though vomiting doesn't cure us. It's actually the way you think about it and the way your brain processes the experience afterwards that makes the difference. You must have processed it in a positive way. My question is how? I've had two experiences of vomiting in the 30 years of having this fear. Both times I've felt that it wasn't that bad, but the fear crept back.
