Assuming were talking about emetophobe goals, I believe my target is behaving in a more human way in response to sudden, lingering or general stomach discomfort. Along with fixating fully on something else rather than "being unwell" and, looking at tummy issues as worry 5 or 6 down the list of fears, not #1. Oh and, CAUTIOUS HAND WASHING. If I'm in a rush, I wing my whole hygiene routine 😖
