Sometimes hunger can make us nausated, for example I can be starving, start makiing food and then while it's cooking I feel sick and lose my apptetite, I usually have to force myself to eat and I'm fine. Real nausea for me is very different to that, one time I was sick and my teacher forced me to try and eat something because she told me it was hunger (I knew the difference there is a HUGE difference in the 2) I took one bite before I was ill. Your body will reject food if you are sick, you will not feel hungry. Very often the thought of food is enough to turn your stomach when it is real nausea, but even when it is anxiety nausea sometimes the thought of food is too much.
