I was just wondering, when i get panicky, I always feel faint, I have passed out many times from panic attacks. What sucks is, when i start to feel faint, my nerves always make me feel like i have to go to the bathroom (#2). I have passed out in the bathroom, on my way to the bathroom, etc. It's pretty damn scary.

my biggest fear is, having to v*, and being so afraid that I pass out, and then choking on it or something.

anyone else ever have the faint feeling?

It could be related to blood pressure when you panic. I get faint, but have never totally blacked out. I have seen "thetunnel", gotten fuzzy around the edges, and seen stars - even had sounds around me fade out, but have never passed out yet.

The reason you have to go #2 is related to the "fight-flight response" because the body is attempting to get rid of excess weight. I usually have to go #1 when I panic and will run to the bathroom multiple times as my panic level increases.

You might want to see a doc about the fainting though, especially if it is bothersome. It could be related to something else in addition to the panic attacks.

i always, always feel very faint when i am panicking, or not feeling well. In fact, i almost passed out this morning before i had to leave for the bus because i wasn't feeling that well. i was all dizzy and light-headed and i had to sit with my head in between my knees and then lay down for a few minutes. anyway, im totally fine now (thank god!), but i know exactly what you mean!
