Sounds like a panic attack. I used to get that feeling almost like tunnel vision. I couldn't focus on anything else, I would start to shake uncontrolably, my mind would go cloudy and I could barely stand up. I started breathing techniques when I would feel that way and it seemed to help. I would stand up, put one hand on my upper chest and one on my stomach and take 10 slow deep breaths while putting slight pressure on my stomach. This always seemed to help me relax. And that is exactly what you need to do when you started getting panicy. I hope you are feeling better
