Definitely sounds like panic. The first few times I had this happen it was so scary because you honestly have no idea what it is. But knowing that it is panic and being able to address it as such has helped immensely. You just need to tell yourself that it is just anxiety and you can get through it. Most true panic *attacks* last no longer than 10 minutes, so the next time you feel that way remember that. And look into what everyone elseone here has.... CBT, deep breathing techniques, meds, etc.... Edited by: j0nr0cks
