I think I'm allergic to bananas. I've never been tested, but for a
while whenever I'd eat one I'd get this weird burning feeling that was
kind of like hunger but different (not in a good way). It took a while
before it occured to me that it could be from bananas, but once I did I
quit eating them for a while. I haven't felt that same pain since so
now I just don't eat them at all.
Other than that I don't have any food allergies. I can even tolerate lactose just fine.
Just because something gives you some discomfort once doesn't mean
you're allergic though. It could just be if you aren't used to a new
food. Spicy and fatty foods can upset your stomach very easily if you
don't eat them a lot. Really there's no need to cut anything completely
out of your diet unless you repeatedly feel bad after eating it because
stomach pain could be caused by something else (other than what you
ate).
