My son is allergic to eggs, dust mites, milk protien,and dog and cat hair, He also has bad asthma and like you said could not have the flu jab because of the egg protien which is also in the MMR vacciene, i have friends that are intolerent to certain foods but thier symptoms are different to an allergic reaction I also avoid certain foods because i assosiate them with beng ill however i now know that most of it is in my head i would probably ask your GP for allergie test but don't be suprised if they come back clear.
