very anxious tonight, I have been feeling very tired all day with a scratchy throat and my daughters birthday party is tomorrow and I feel anxious about everyone coming to my house I hope no one is sick and I hope I am not getting sick already any suggestions on how to feel better now and how to avoid others tomorrow.

I was wondering how you guys fell about getting the flu shot. I have been debating and I am quite nervous, but the flu season is making me crazy with anxiety, I guess I am anxious either way.
