I am a new member to this website, and only discovered I wasn't completely alone in this dreadful phobia a few years ago. I'm 24 years old now, but have had anxiety and panic attacks...

I have taken those "cooling sensation" pills before too. Like you, I initially panicked because it felt strange and I didn't want it to make me gag or something... I don't know of a way to avoid...

I've never posted in the forum before, but tonight felt like an emergency. I had diarrhea today, but managed to remain relatively calm. Until tonight. I started feeling nauseated...
