I felt the same way after I did it. its not so bad.

I really think its your brain making you feel ill. i can really relate to you. I know exactly how you feel. your brain can really cause some things like that.

I only seem to feel especially scared when im actually feeling N* or my stomach hurts. When i dont have N* i just think "oh well how bad could it be". but then when my stomach hurts i feel like "oh...

dont worry we all have these feelings at some point! you arent alone!

there was only once that i had a really bad flu that made me nauseous and almost v*

alcohol did it for me too! im so glad! but i dont think i am cured of it. but its definitely less scary now that ive done it within the past year
