Argh man I just feel sooo sick. Its almost 4am here and I cannot sleep. My poor intestines feel all bloated (gas), and I just feel real real nauseas. This sucks because I am really tired, I just would like to sleep, but everytime I drift off I'm jerked back awake again by feeling so sick. I really hate this, I just feel so misreable.

I did eat broccoli earlier, so that could be the gassy part, but ergh, if the nausea would stop that would be great. I do feel slightly better after I erm, pass wind lol. I guess the only thing is to wait it out and see what happens...yippee lol.

Gah man I'll be kinda surprised if I make it here without getting sick. Uggh. Well, it would be a definate brushing up on getting more past emet for the new year.

Hey Mitch, aww I hope you are doing okay now. Man last nite was a real close call. I hardly got any sleep till 6 or 7 am. The odd thing was when I went to the br (#2) it wasn't d*, and I was surprised because for sure I felt I had the sv. It must have just been really bad indigestion or something.

Yes it could have been ibs. Does putting a hot water bottle on your tummy help for that? Also wind can cause horrible stomach ache. I hope you can catch up on some sleep tonight!

Well I am glad you are doing better!! I still feel crappy!! I too didn't fall asleep till about 830am. I woke up at 2pm feeling pretty crappy. And its not cause Iwas up all night, because I work midnights, and I am used to that schedule. I just feel really run down, and my stomach just feels off. I did eat a banana, but I don't know how that is making me feel yet. God I hate this!!

That reminds me of a night that I "OD'd" on broccoli! I ate so much, because I love it, and paid the price for almost 2 days!! It makes your tummy feel gassy, empty, full of air and queasy. I'm glad you're feeling better

Rule of thumb: Broccoli is wonderful in moderation
