    Okay
now I am starting to get worried. I woke up not feeling good, had the
runs (sorry) and just tired and icky but no n. So I wasnt really
worried but now I am started to get n and its getting worse and I am
getting a headache. I just hope and pray that I dont have a virus or
something. Great who am I kidding? I probably do I should lie down
but I'm afraid to do that now because of possibly getting sick. Great I hate this!

Sounds to me like you're panicking pretty badly!!! Like I said before, take some deep breaths, have some water, try and relax! Even take a gravol to settle your stomac.

Let us know how you're doing.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

Yeh, a lot of this is most likely your mind. Take some gravol, water and distract yourself, read a book while soaking in a nice bubble bath, watch some tv, whatever, just try to think positive thoughts. Heres a trick: Dont think about your symptoms/emet/anxiety ANYTHING like that, for oh however long and then see how you feel. Your panic should be gone by then and whats really wrong (most likely nothing) will show through. How are you doing now?

    Thanks,
I know youare trying to help. I appreciate it and I have been trying to
keep my mind off of it, honestly. However I'm still feeling pretty bad.
I think now I am going to try to take a nap. Thanks for caring though
    it does mean a lot.

A lot of times, when I feel so anxious and nasty, I pop a couple of Dramamine (Gravol) and it makes me sleepy, and within a half hour, I end up falling asleep for 3 hours or so, until the medicine wears off, and I wake up feeling a lot better. I hope the nap helps!

    Hey there,

I know how you feel. I hate it when that happens, cause I always think theres a bug that I have caught. You may have caught something, but remember not all bugs end up in v*, lots of people on here have had them and just had d*, and were okay. Even if you did get sick, it doesn't last for long, these thingstend to be a day at most, and you're gonna make it thro. Just keep us posted on how your doing!

    Thanks
everyone, I am still not feeling all that great. But not n today. Still
really tired, I have no idea why and I slept well. I have a lot to do
today as well so I guess maybe some good ol' Colombian brew will help
    wake me up a bit.

Aww hunn, sorry to hear your not feeling yourself. But remember, youare brave, and you can get through ANYTHING that may happen, v* or no v*. Your a strong woman, and I know that IF (which I doubt it will) the worst shall happen, you will handel it with ease.

Try not to worry, take it easy. Take care of yourself.

    *Hugs*

    Oh
I know, but no matter how many times I tell myself that its a normal
bodily function, still doesnt matter. Its pretty damn frusterating but
this is nothing new for you either. lol

That is the way I try to think. That it is a normal bodily function and most of the time, it is a sign that your body is working properly and the illness is running its course. But, unfortunetly, we do not think that way. Emetophobia is horrible. Go away Emetophobia monster, go away!!!!!
