Trying to use pics

So I'm trying to put a pic in my avatar and my signature. Everytime I try (I shrink them down as well) but I get a error message. Any help?

I'm an IT manager....Good grief should I be fired? LOL

What does the message say? What format are you trying to upload? (BMP, PNG, JPEG, etc...)

i had the same problem ...i used to be able to upload different pics but for some reason as of lately, no luck ! Im using the same format I always have so that shoulnt have anything to do with it i think its just the site or something

I use jpg and shrink it down to a pea! But no luck.

I feel like my 15 year old niece would be a better IT manager than me on here!

I use JPEG as well and shrink it down to 90x60 pixels but no luck, it just says error on page or something....
