Here are two great books that I feel really would be helpful, so I thought I would share the titleswith you!!

    1) Healing the Child Within by Charles L. Whitfield, M.D.

I was reading a lot of the exposure therapy threads, and some of you mentioned some trauma or such in your childhood. This book deals with a lot of that. My therapist reccommended it to me, and I thought it might be helpful to share it.

    2) The Sky Is Falling: Understanding and Coping With Phobias, Panic, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders by Raeann Dumont, Aaron T. Beck

I own this one, and It's great really!!

I took antidepressents for years--because that is what doctors decided was best for my panic attacks. I had had enough and purchased this book. I haven't took a pill for anxiety for nearly 5 years. Enjoy</TD></TR>

Anxiety, Phobias, &amp; Panic : A Step-by-Step Program for Regaining Control of Your Life
    by Reneau Z Peurifoy (Author)

Another one I found when I was researching some other books.

I also thought that this may help and go along with the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook:

No - one book recently released has a chapter in it, but even that chapter's not as informative as this website.

But even so, many of the books on phobia/panic/anxiety are excellent for emets.
