I have to get my flu shot tomorrow. I am pregnant so my doctor is making me.

Im scared. Has anyone ever gotten sick from it? I have never gotten one before.

It's not the swine flu shot it's just the regular flu shot

i've never had one, but i think with the shot you can get super mild symptoms(little runny nose, very slight fever) for a day or two.

don't think you have anything to worry about.
You begin saving the world by saving one person at a time; all else is grandiose romanticism or politics.

    Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I work in the healthcare field - and you
don't have to get vaccinated if you don't want to. Your doctor can't force
you to get a flu shot (strongly suggest maybe).

Anyhow, I've gotten both the seasonal and the H1N1 vaccines without any
problems. I just had the H1N1 yesterday, but so far no side effects other
than a slightly sore arm. The seasonal flu shot left my arm a bit more
sore, and I was slightly achy afterwards, but that's it. The virus in the
vaccine is inactivated and can't give you the flu. Your body's immune
response to the vaccine is what gives you potential side effects like low-
grade fever, achyness, fatigue. No N/V tho! And some people have no
    side effects whatsoever.
