I went upstairs to have some lunch and my sister wanted to see me (she
had an operation yesterday). So I went into her room to say hi and she
THREW UP RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!!
I'm really shaky now, I couldn't even have lunch cause my hands weere
shaking too much and I feel really gross now. I feel bad cause I had to
RUN out of the room and I know it must be terrible for her too right now,
but I just can't take this. I can't go upstairs cause I'm afraid she'll do it
again. And I don't wanna even HEAR it.

Hey I'm sure she will understand that u wouldn't want to be around her of hear her being ill,and u shouldn't feel bad about running out of the room....its a natural reaction for us and I'm sure if u had someone scared of spiders and u plonked a jar of spiders in front of them they would run away, but i bet u wouldn't feel they were bad or wrong for running because i knew they had a fear of spiders....i'm waffling now but u have done well for coping with seeing it and hearing it....so give yourself some slack, don't be so hard on yourself, because it won't help u in the long run.....i hope your sister feels better soon and maybe sit in your bedroom with some music on so u don't have to hear it,and as for eating u are bound to feel a little queasy from it,so maybe eat something bland like toast or crackers

    take care Vicky xx
