sick co-worker! sooo scared!

My co worker who works over night called me this morning saying she had been throwing up and needed me to come in early ( i work a 6-2 ) so i did, even though its my day off i was helping the other girl working. I went in just for a bit and my anxiety was going nuts. I wore a face mask and gloves and didn't touch anything she touched. Yesterday she also worked before me, but didn't feel sick yesterday. I follow very strict hand washing hygiene and i don't feel ill. Do you think i would of felt it by now?
