Default What are your "safe foods/drinks"?

I think it would be kind of neat to know what everyones safe foods/drinks are, maybe I can switch my eating habits up a bit.

    I guess mine are:
    -crackers
    -bread
    -salad
    -cookies
    -Ice Water
    -tea
    -popcorn

This threat has been done many times before, I think.

I'm not afraid of myself vomiting, only others, but as long as people would stick to eating:
    -Bread
    -Water
    -Pasta
    -Canned foods
then my anticipatory anxiety would be like... zero :P

I stay away from anything fried - no french fries, chicken fingers, etc.
I also don't eat anything heavy - or overstuff myself
Small portions - any bland foods, I don't spice my foods up with peppers and spices

Sometimes I force myself to eat because I know if I don't eat I'll be n* and if I go too long without eating I get n*

I don't really have "safe foods" but I know when my stomach feels a little off life if I'm bloated or feel full of gas, I turn to something very light for dinner like a cheese quesadilla (with those little flour tortillas)

I do find myself having a hard time eating fried and fatty foods (so I don't eat those much at all) Peppers bother me too.

Interesting! Some of your "safe" foods are "dangerous" to me. And it probably goes the other way if I think of my safe foods. Let's see...

    Crackers
    Pasta
    Bagged snacks, like pretzels
    Bananas
Potatos (without skin - although I LOVE the skin)
    Purified water

That's all I can think of!

For some reason I only feel comfortable eating:

    pizza
    pasta
    pretzels
    popcorn
    french fries
    burgers

These aren't foods I eat when I'm afraid of getting sick, just foods I eat in general. I'm weird in that I have a very limited intake of foods.

But when someone is sick, or I fear getting sick I would eat:

    Cheez-Its (sp?)
    Chips
    Pretzels
    Popcorn

I dont have many foods that are off limits. Mostly restaurant seafood and salads.
And when I'm not feeling right I like peanut butter toast or toasted ham sandwiches lol.

    aren't we funny.
My go to when I hear someone is sick or im feeling sick is always dry saladas, toast with butter and vegemite and I usually only drink water or some gingerale!
I have no idea why I consider these foods safe, but I have been doing the same thing for so many years now its not funny!
