I want to get into the habit of adding this to my diet, but I don't think I can handle a serving of grape juice every day (not my most favorite flavor in the world). Someone here said grapeseed extract can be subsituted--I already take medication/pills everyday so what's one more. How much of the EXTRACT should be a subsitute? I'm going to sneak it into my husband's vitamin tray as well since he isn't as OCD as I am about hand washing.
