I've been through exactly the same thing - my cousin was sick when I got there with my mum and my sister. She touched all the food that was there with her hands and my sister and mum touched it as well. But guess what? They didn't get sick. It is not automatic that you'll get sick from someone with noro, especially if you don't touch what they touch. It doesn't even sound like noro anyway. He'd throw up more than once if it was a stomach bug. You're going to be okay =)

Doesn't sound like Noro, especially if nobody else fell ill. It either A. Wasn't a bug or B. was a bug but they cleaned it up properly. Either way, you're safe!
