Hi, I'm having a bad day. There is a nasty stomach bug going round work and someone was s* at work this morning just as I was going out of the loo!! Found out later on that another 6 people had had it and that another person had been sent home with it before I got there!! I really dont know what to do except keep washing my hands and steer clear of the loo for a while! Does anyone have any advice or tips they can give me to help me get through tomorrow? I cant not go in to work because there is already too many people off x

There's 3 things you might consider.

The first is to wash your hands. The second is to wash your hands and
the third is to wash your hands. For at least 20 seconds, with warm
water before you eat, drink, touch your face, blow your nose and the
minute you arrive home from work. You're very brave.

Wash hands and keep your hands away from your face.
