Hungry or nauseous???

I haven't drank coffee in 4 days then had some on an empty stomach. I'm on the elimination diet to test for food allergens which has been helping my acid reflux, but now it's back and I cheated on the diet and added a food back in too soon. i haven't eaten since this morning. I can't tell if I'm hungry or nauseous???

whenever i drink coffee on an empty stomach, it makes me feel n* and even more hungry at the same time. you definitely should make sure you eat something with coffee, it can be rough on your stomach
