today i woke up and my stomach did feel a bit iffy but nothing too bad,
i ate my breakfast, but for the past 4 or 5 days i've had alot of
frequent foul smelling wind and im getting really concerned about it.
i've avoided all spicey foods but it wont stop. my ibs wasnt too bad, i
feel like i've got it without that many symptoms, its strange. Times
like this u realise alot of it is in ur mind.

My friend invited me out and i got really indecisive and ended up not going out at all, im a bit annoyed by all that!

Are you eating lots of veggies? I know having a diet high in fiber or certain types of fruits and veggies can cause stinky farts. Sorry, I like saying "stinky farts" ;-P

I'm currently having the same problem on and off. Luckily in my daily life I don't have much going on for me. I don't really take anything for it, but I hear that Beano is really good (If you have something like that in the UK...LoL I don't know what it would be called) Anyway my stomach is starting to calm down and the "Stinky Farts" are few and far between. Just monitor what you are eating and then know for next time that you can't eat that.
