i thought it would be cool if we could all share our remedies/tips for dealing with n*...(real or anxiety related)


mine are


-pepperment candies/mints/gum


-taking a warm bath


-rubbing vicks vapourub on chest/back(its really sootheing)


-hot water bottle/heating pad


-herbal teas


-keeping my mind of things doin things such as: reading, writing drawing,watching a good movie..


-having a ciggerette..calms me downn(oh god that sounds bad)


-eating something light such as crackers or toast


-sips of water
