I'm really happy you found something that works so well for you! I'm sure it does for a lot of people. But for me, antidepressants make me feel like I'm psychotic, not to mention totally baked. Those are feelings that increase my anxiety hugely so even if this has antiemetic properties, I will not be trying it or any other antidepressant ever. I prefer to have a clear head than to walk around feeling medicated and crazy.
