try to find things that u like to do, and have things to look forward to after school and otherwise. I suffered for years and years. school is actually a happy place for me now. I am going to be a nurse. my focus on my grades helps relieve some of my anxiety. I also see a therapist once a week. you should try that as well. I'm sorry for your troubles. good luckyou will get through this all!!!
